DevOps Support Engineer


  • Monitor servers remotely to ensure smoothly operation on daily basis
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Provide technical support to business teams and customer personnel
  • Fix or escalate issues when problem occurs to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Provide first line of support for network related issues
  • Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Manage domains and IP addresses
  • Automate the maintenance of cloud-based servers
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties in response to customer emergency inquiry
  • Exposure multiple programming languages and platforms (e.g. Python, HTML, C#, SQL, Linux) is a plus


  • Diploma or certificate in IT/Computer Science
  • Familiarity with Server OS: Linux/CentOS, Windows Server
  • Knowledge of SSH, SMTP, Apache, Proxy, Load Balancer, Firewall, FTP, MSSQL, MongoDB
  • Basic skills of setting up DNS, RDNS, Mail Server
  • Understands CPU and Memory usage loads
  • High problem solving skills and capable to work independently as well as part of team.
